Using the service
Nirmal Karaoke is a browser-based karaoke player, voice studio and live stage. You may use it for personal and lawful purposes. You are responsible for what you do with it, including what you say, play and stream.
Acceptable use
- Do not use voice effects to impersonate a real person or to deceive others about who you are.
- Do not use the service for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten, abuse or exploit others.
- Do not try to disrupt, overload or break the service, other users' sessions, or the systems it relies on.
- Do not share live stage links or content in ways that harm the people who joined.
Music, content and copyright
You are responsible for the music, lyrics, sounds, video and other content you upload, play, share or stream, and for having the rights or permissions needed to do so. This includes complying with copyright law and the rules of any platform you stream to, such as YouTube, Twitch or Facebook. Nirmal Karaoke does not grant you any rights to third-party content.
Live stages and other people
When you host a stage you are responsible for the room, including guests you invite. Viewers and guests are responsible for their own messages and audio.
Support payments
Support payments are voluntary, non-refundable gifts. They do not give any special access, features or priority.
Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers described in the Privacy Policy. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that audio and video quality will meet your needs. Features may change or be removed at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirmal Karaoke and the person who runs it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
